  • Medium size bowl


  • 1 Cup Oat (Plain Oats not Flavoured)
  • 15 g Peanuts or Almonds (Raw & Baked, Unsalted)
  • 2 g Cinnamon (Powder)
  • ¼ Cup Black Raisins or any Berries
  • 1 Pc. Apple/ Banana/ Pear (Freash & chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Organic Honey (ForSweetness)
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds / Flax seeds (It can be avoid, if taking from any other meal or food suppliment)


  • Cup Hot Water / Milk (Milk is optional, if you want, it can be avoide to reduce calories)


  • 25 g Whey protien (This can be replaced with 6-8 egg white omelette)


  • Boil water in the oven or directly from the stove.
  • Mix Oats, Almonds / Peanuts, Raisins, chia seeds / Flax seeds
  • Pour the hot water into Bowl & just mix everything slightly.
  • Cover it with any lid & wait for 30min. (The same can be soaked overnight also, if there is any issue with disation).
  • Cut any one of the fruits mentioned above. Fruits can also be eaten by changing and tasting every day. If the goal is for fat loss, you can reduce the size of the fruit according to your physical condition.
  • Now mix everything in the bowl, add cinnamon powder & honey for enhanced taste & flavour.
  • Add whey protien with the flavour of your choice or availability. (It can be replaced with 6-8 egg white's omelette as mentioned to balance the macros).
